This painting entitled "Low Tide" features a couple enjoying an evening stroll along Blackrock Beach at low tide. Walking barefoot, with shoes in hand they gaze across to Howth Head on the horizon.
The reflections in the wet sand have been painted with silver, overlayed with a touch of pink and blue, mirroring the colours in the sunset sky. A dusting of glitter makes it really sparkle in the light alongside the metallic gold paint used for the sand.
Measuring 70cm x 50cm it is presented in a beautiful, black tray / floating frame and is ready to hang.
